Cancellation policy

At Golden Made Kafe, we strive to provide flexibility and convenience for our valued customers. Our purchase options cancellation policy is designed to offer clarity and ease when making changes to your orders.

 

Subscription Orders

Customers may modify, pause, or cancel their coffee subscriptions at any time through their account dashboard. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to ensure adjustments take effect.

 

One-Time Purchases

For single-item purchases, cancellations are only possible before the order is processed for shipment. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.

 

Pre-Orders & Limited-Edition Releases

Due to the exclusivity of pre-orders and limited-edition releases, cancellations are not permitted once the order is placed.

 

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded in the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • For eligible cancellations outside standard refund conditions, customers may receive store credit instead.

 

How to Cancel an Order

To cancel a purchase option, customers can:
