Refund policy

Return or exchange can be applied for an unopened item within 10 business days after receipt for a full refund. We will also cover shipping costs if the subject shipment is a result of our mistake such as incorrect or defective item, etc…

Return Authorization Request (RMA) –

Order may be cancelled out at anytime prior to shipment. Once shipped, return process can start when the order arrives at destination. Please make sure to print out the shipping label and packing slip – leave shipping label outside the box and insert packing slip in the box for tracking purposes.

In average, the entire process can take up to four weeks to get your refund / exchange. We will do our best to respond quickly as possible.
